Questions about environmental and natural resources
Does every project need an EIA?
Not every project, but many developments do — and starting without a required licence can lead to stop orders and fines. We can tell you early whether yours needs one.
Can environmental disputes be mediated?
Often, yes. Mediation can resolve disputes faster and keep relationships intact; court remains open if it fails.
